I’m excited to have the chance to share this incredibly important and possibly life altering information with you. It’s actually about more than just helping you look better and lose some weight. It addresses the most important issue you face.

Your health!

I grew up a "chubby" child and did not lose that weight until the summer going into my junior high school years.  Fortunately for me my father decided to put an in ground pool in our back yard.  My sister (twin) and I literally spent all of our time there, not realizing that we were exercising!  The pounds dropped off of us even though we had not changed our eating habits.  When we went back to school in the fall, our fellow students hardly recognized us!

My weight did creep back as I hit middle age.  I got caught up in the "low fat" craze, not realizing that by doing that I was actually eating more sugar!  I was slowly inching my way to a size 16 when I took control and began my weight loss journey using the Shaklee 180 which included shakes and snack bars.  Inches began to come off and even though the weight was slower (muscle weighs more than fat!) I felt great and suddenly I was fitting into size 10 pants!  I am so grateful that Shaklee had a safe weight loss program that actually worked.  I have been able to keep my weight down and have lots of energy as well.  Exercise is something I am doing each day now as I know that too makes such a difference.
